Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of humanverse.in and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you agree to them. HumanVerse is operated from Chattarpur Enclave, Chhatarpur, New Delhi, Delhi 110030, India.

1. Products
Our garments are embroidered and finished by hand, so small variations in stitch, texture and shade are normal and are not defects. Product photographs are shot as accurately as we can manage, but colour can appear differently on different screens.

2. Prices and payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, run promotions or end them at any time; the price that applies to your order is the price shown at the moment you pay. Payments are processed by our payment partners, and we never see or store your full card details.

3. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email once payment is received. We may decline or cancel an order, and refund you in full, if an item is unavailable, if there has been a pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraud.

4. Shipping
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns and Custom Fit
Returns are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: you have 7 days from delivery to raise a return, tags must be attached, and the item must be unworn and unwashed. Custom Fit pieces are tailored to your personal measurements and are final sale. They cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

6. Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account.

7. Intellectual property
The HumanVerse name, the triskelion mark, our designs, embroidery patterns, photographs and website content belong to us. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, or to scrape, copy or resell our content.

9. Liability
We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be limited.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute.

11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies.
