Shipping Policy

Every HumanVerse piece is made in India and shipped from New Delhi.

Free shipping across India
Shipping is free on every order within India. There is no minimum order value.

International shipping
We ship to 28 countries at a flat rate of Rs 1,800 per order, including the United States, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea, Israel and most of Europe. Any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping rate.

Dispatch time
Orders are dispatched within 7 to 10 business days. Our pieces are embroidered to order, which is why this window is longer than mass-produced clothing. Custom Fit orders begin only after we have taken your measurements over a video call, so please allow additional time.

Tracking
You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your order leaves us. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location and the courier.

Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully before paying. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was available to receive it, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
