We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, here's how returns work at HumanVerse.

7 days to request a return
You can raise a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this window cannot be accepted.

Tags must stay on
The item must be returned with all original tags still attached and intact. Items with removed tags are not eligible.

Unworn and unwashed
Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition — free of stains, odours, or signs of use.

We review, then approve
Once we receive your item, our team inspects it. After it passes review and is approved, we process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days of approval.

Custom Fit orders are final sale
Pieces tailored to your personal measurements cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
